This pie is very good proposal for a single dish, accompanied by a beautiful seasonal salad or as finger food.
1200 gr potato
150 grams of cooked ham,
150 g Gruyere cheese
4 eggs salt
olive oil
breadcrumbs
- cook the potatoes in their skins,
- Puree,
- chop ham, Gruyère and grated Parmesan,
- when the potatoes are cold add three ingredients, a handful of Parmesan cheese and egg yolks, salt,
- mount snow and egg whites and fold gently to the mixture,
- grease a baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs,
- spread the mixture evenly and bake in the oven, preheated for about an hour,
- serve warm.
