This pie is very good proposal for a single dish, accompanied by a beautiful seasonal salad or as finger food.

1200 gr potato
150 grams of cooked ham,
150 g Gruyere cheese
4 eggs salt
olive oil
breadcrumbs

  • cook the potatoes in their skins,
  • Puree,


  • chop ham, Gruyère and grated Parmesan,

  • when the potatoes are cold add three ingredients, a handful of Parmesan cheese and egg yolks, salt,
  • mount snow and egg whites and fold gently to the mixture,


  • grease a baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs,


  • spread the mixture evenly and bake in the oven, preheated for about an hour,
  • serve warm.
