omelet fast, tasty and "Vegetarian".
for four
6 eggs 300 grams of spinach
2 tablespoons milk
a spolverarta
Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
- beat eggs with salt and pepper,
- add the milk, Parmesan cheese and chopped spinach slightly,
- Heat oil in a frying pan,
- cook the omelet making sure to roll it up,
- serve with a side dish pleasure (in this case I combined a rattatuille here )
